All the Qdolls is Hand-made, client's information just for reference, normally have more 80% like client's provide information, our designer can choose the style of the Qdolls, It have no refund and can not be change face, dress, pose and theme after confirm the order of photo and start made the products.

It need around 10 days for the production. We will send to your address by Air, Post or Courier. Client should undertake shipping risk. If need send by air, we will email photo of finish Qdolls before send.

We will send out by air with Registered Post for oversea clients, and will email Registered Post Items number to client after send out, Client can mail track at hongkongpost.com by enter Registered number.
